This is a test knit for a new fabric that will be available for our special order event. It’s a Loopwheel-knitted french terry that combines a 100% lambswool surface yarn that we call Milano Lamb, a size 20 100% cotton single middle yarn and a 100% cotton single size 7 bottom yarn. I feel that the surface of this french terry has come out with a warmth that is characteristic of a woolen item. I think you’ll agree that this fabric has a texture that has not been seen in Loopwheeler fabrics up until now.
シェルと呼んでいる、なんとも表現しがたいカラーです。実際はもう少しクリームがかった色あいです。画像では上手く表現できなくてごめんなさい。しかしながら、こんかい出色の出来かなと思っています。かぶりのスウェットやフーディにしたらすごく雰囲気でるかなと思っています。
This color, which are calling Shell is rather difficult to capture accurately in a photo. In reality it has slightly more of a cream tint to it. Sorry that I wasn’t able to capture the color very well. That being said, I really think that this has an excellent finish to it. If this was made into a pullover sweat or hoody its character would really come through.
手堅いチャコールグレー、ラムウールらしい雰囲気が上手くでていると思います。おそらく製品にしたら、どちらのカラーにするか相当悩むと思います。これからサンプル製作にとりかかりたいと思いますので、出来上がったらお知らせしますね。@鈴木さとし
I think that this lambswool-ish solid charcoal grey has some serious character. I dare say that if I were to make these into products, I would be lost as to which color to choose from. I think that I would soon like to set about making some sample products, so I’ll let you know they’re complete. @Satoshi Suzuki / WEG
