ループウィラーも少しばかりですが、サポートさせていただいているMTBライダー檀拓磨氏のイベントDANN GmbH Archive Exhibition 2012がトーキョーカルチャートbyビームスで12/21から来年1/9水曜日まで開催されます。詳しくはコチラ。いままでバンザイペイント立沢トオル氏を中心に檀くんがレースにて着用するサイクルジャージ、通称Dannジャージをほぼ毎年製作、一部を一般販売してきたわけですが、それらを一堂に集結、アーカイブ展となったわけです。
We were lucky enough to be able to support MTB rider Mr Dan Takuma‘s event ‘DANN GmbH Archive Exhibition 2012’, which is held from December 21st until January 9th next year by トーキョーカルチャートby Beams. The details are here. All the jerseys designed by Mr Touru Tachisawa of Bonzaipaint that Dan wears when racing (popularly known as the Dann Jersey) are produced more or less each year for general retail have all been gathered under one roof in the form of an archive exhibition.
私的には、このあたりのDannジャージに思い入れが強いですかね。背中辺りにLOOPWHEELERのロゴタイプも入っているものが多いですし、GROOVISIONSも登場してますし、2002年から2005まで中目黒でやっていたGBLショップのこともね。
I personally have a strong emotional attachment to jerseys that you see in the photo. Many of them carry the LOOPWHEELER logotype on the back of the body, GROOVISIONS also makes an appearance, as does the 2002 to 2005 Nakameguro GBL shop.
バンザイペイント製作、檀専用ヘルメットも展示されています。とにかく、かっちょよいです。
The helmets that Dan uses, created by Bonzaipaint are also on exhibition. It’s pretty cool.

ひとつほしいですが、非売品です。1999年映画メッセンジャーで草薙くんがかぶっていたメットもバンザイペイントが特別に製作したものです。ループウィラーも1999年にブランドローンチしたし、この時代は、いろんなものが動き出していたころでもあったりもします。
I want one, but they’re not for sale. This helmet was created specially by Bonzaipaint and is worn by Kusanagi in the 1999 film ‘Messenger’. The Loopwheeler brand was also launched in 1999; around that time lots of things got going.

The exhibition will be closed December 27,31 and January 3, but I really think it’s worth the effort coming to Harajuku to have a look. The 2012 version of the Dann jersey is available to purchase and photos from ‘The Langkawi International MTB Challenge 2012’ in which Dan competed are also going on exhibition.
