受注会用プロトサンプル

lw290_milano1.jpg受注会用プロトサンプルがあがってきました。表糸に大阪は泉大津の木野毛糸(株)さんのウールナイロン16番単糸（ウール85%ナイロン15%）、中糸にコットン100%の20番単糸、裏糸にコットン100%の7番単糸を吊り編み機にかけて吊り裏毛を編み立てています。ループウィラーとしてはこの組合せは初めて試みとなりますので、素材つくりからワクワクでした。洗濯試験をする為に、まずはLW290はハイジップフーディのパターンでプロトサンプルを製作しています。ちなみに木野毛糸さんのWEBでは毛糸を買えるようですのご興味のあるかたは是非ともよろしくお願いします。
One of the prototypes for the special order event is completed. The surface yarn of this fabric is a size 16 single wool-nylon (wool 85%, nylon 15%) yarn produced by Kinokeito industries in Izumiotsu city, Osaka. The middle yarn is a size 20 single cotton yarn (cotton 100%), whilst the bottom yarn is a size 7 single cotton yarn (cotton 100%). These yarns are all knitted into a french terry fabric using our Loopwheel machines. Knitting with this sort of yarn combination is a first for us at Loopwheeler, so we’re rather excited. For the purposes of a wash trial I have first created a sample in the LW290 high zip hoody pattern. By the way, it’s possible to purchase woolen yarn directly from the Kinokeito WEB store, so for those of you who are interested, by all means take a look
lw290_milano2.jpg画像はチャコールグレーのカラーです。なんとも言えないウール独特の表面感がとても暖かい感じがして、いままでのループウィラーになかった風合い、雰囲気を醸し出しているのではないかなと思います。実際に受注会で触れていただけたらと思っています。
Pictured in the photo is the charcoal grey color. The wool-like texture of this fabric is rather difficult to describe; it’s really warm and it’s texture and overall feel hasn’t before been seen in our lineup. I hope you’ll all have the chance to feel it at the special order event.
lw290_milano4.jpgおそらく、巷のジップフーディの中では、特異な存在となるのでは？と思います。案外ありそうで、まずない感じのフーディに出来上がったかと思っています。お洗濯など、ケアの問題は、コットンループウィラーに比べたら面倒な感じもありますが、冬にはセーターの代わりになれる存在になるかもしれません。お楽しみにしていただけましたらと思います。話は変りますが、大阪店ですが、今週15水-16木と2連休をいただきます。ご不便をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご容赦のほど、よろしくお願い申し上げます。@鈴木さとし
I dare say that among the much discussed zip hoodies, this is something a little different. Compared to a Loopwheeler cotton hoody, the care and washing directions may be slightly troublesome, but this will probably become your new substitute for a sweater in winter. I hope you’re all excited. Slightly off topic, this week the Osaka store will be closed for 2 consecutive days from the 15th to the 16th.
