プリントの試刷があがり始めました。まずは、lifeless lifelike。ずいぶん前にリカちゃんとコラボレーションをさせていただいた時に、リカちゃんが着るスウェット用に作ったグラフィックです。リカちゃんと対になるようにウーマンズ専用のスウェットも作りました。復刻というわけではなく、新しくTシャツとして着れたらいいなと思い、版下を起こしなおししています。命があるようで命がない。命がないのに、まるで命があるようにとでも言ったほうがいいのかもしれません。ながきにわたって、ともに過ごすことによって生まれる感情とでもいいましょうか。愛着と言う言葉では、かたずけられないような想いかもしれません。人によっては、相棒と呼んじゃうこともあるようです。それは、その人にとって、とても豊かなものだと思うのですが、どうでしょうか。命がない相棒、いたら幸せですね。5月初旬に、この4カラーでリリースできたらと思っています。@鈴木さとし
The test prints have started to come in. First up, we have lifeless lifelike. This is the graphic that was on Rika’s sweatshirt all that time ago when we were lucky enough to do a collaboration with Rika. I also created a ladies sweat which forms a pair with the Rika collaboration. This is not a reissue; I thought that it would be good if once again this print cold be worn as a T-shirt, so I dug up the artwork.
Lifeless lifelike; ‘Something that seems to be alive but is not living’. Or maybe it is better understood as ‘although not a living thing, somehow seeming to have a life of its own’. Or maybe we should just refer to that sentiment or emotion towards an inanimate object that is born of a long period of time spent together.
Depending on the person, there are also those who may refer an inanimate object (such as a stuffed toy or a doll) as their pal or friend. I think that to that person, the item that they hold dear is a very valuable thing, am I right? It’s nice to have a pal like that, isn’t it? I’m hoping to be able to release this item around the beginning of May. @Satoshi Suzuki / WEG
