もう今年もあと3週間と少し。。。千駄ケ谷店恒例の初売り福袋の準備も少しずつしていかないとです。一昨年から並んでくださったみなさんへほんの気持ばかりですが、コーヒーチケットを配布させていただきました。コーヒーはもちろん、千駄ケ谷のCOFFEE KIOSK、BE A GOOD NEIGHBORさんで入れていただいております。ここんちのコーヒーはほんと美味しいです。千駄ケ谷店にいらした時は是非お立ち寄りいただけたらと思います。来年はコーヒーだけではなく、何か紅白饅頭みたいなものでもお配りできたらと思い、GOOD NEIGHBORの梶原さんに相談したところ、この鶴さん亀さんにあいなりました。彼は元和菓子職人ですので、試作としては僕の期待以上のものを作ってきてくれました。さすがです、、梶原さんありがとうございました。餡子の味をもう少し調整して、造形も少し、そしてどこかにLWの焼印か、刻印をいれたいなぁーということになり、スウェットでいうところの2ndサンプルにとりかかることにしました。初売りまでには、かなりよいクオリティの鶴さんと亀さんができるのではと思っています。日持ちがしませんので千駄ケ谷店の初日のみの、お配りになってしまうと思います。@鈴木さとし
It’s already only 3and a bit weeks until the end of the year… We’re gradually preparing for our customary beginning-of-year lucky dip bag event at our Sendagaya store. For all our loyal customers who had patiently waited in line for the event last year, it was the least we could do to distribute coffee tickets. Naturally, if its coffee, it has to be from the BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR coffee kiosk in Sendagaya. Their coffee is really good. If ever you are in Sendagaya, by all means drop in and try it. This coming year, after speaking with BE A GOOD NEIGHBOUR’s Mr Kajihara, there will not only be coffee, but something along the lines of a festive steamed yeast bun, like these crane and tortoise-like creations pictured above. Mr Kajihara is a confectionary artisan in the true sense of the word and as expected, the samples that he created went way beyond my expectations. Thank you Mr Kajihara. The flavor of the red bean filling was refined, as was the shape of the sweets. We even thought about placing a carved Loopwheeler seal or brand somewhere on his creations. He set about refining these creations much like when I create a second sample for a sweatshirt. These high-quality crane and turtle sweets will be ready and completed by the first sales day of the New Year.
